COMMUNITY NOTICES
  • Torquay Credit Union Annual General Meeting will be held 7:00p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Oungre Memorial Regional Park. Pie and Coffee will be served after the meeting. All members are welcome to attend.
  • Torquay 50 & Over will have exercise classes Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m.

  • Retirement Planner Calculator: The Canada Pension Plan (CPP) default amount has been updated to $948 (no change to the Old Age Security amount of $516), to reflect the January 2010 maximum CPP amounts. Canadian Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA)
  • Comparison Calculator: The definitions have been updated and a fix has been made to the “before-tax” amount displayed in the “taxable” section.
